Neesha Enterprises was founded in 1994 and registered as a partnership firm in 1995, with Mr. Hemant Bhosale being the non working first partner and Mr. Mahesh Bhosale being the managing partner, Subsequently in 1998 it became a proprietary firm fully owned by Mr. Mahesh Bhosale on dissolution of the partnership. Neesha Enterprises started with a single dealership of bonded abrasives of M/s. Orient Abrasives — A division of Grindwell Norton Limited, one of the leaders in the country for bonded abrasives which ended in June 2016, subsequently after being proprietary firm another dealership was added namely that of M/s. U-Tech Rubber Products Pvt. Ltd. one of the two manufacturer's of Rubber control wheels for centre less grinding applications in India, complimenting our existing business of centre less grinding, also introduced were some resin bonded specialties for high end engineering applications, Next dealership of M/s. Kent Abra Tool was introduced one year later to be competitive in the smaller grinding wheel segment.

In March, 2006 we were appointed exclusive distributor for WEAR-PARTS of M/s. CERATIZIT India Pvt. Ltd largest manufacturer of Carbide wear-parts world over for the region starting from Khopoli covering Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Western region, Gujarat and Nashik, which was mutually terminated in the year 2012.

In the year 2011 Neesha Enterprises became channel partner of STELLA KERAMIK GmbH. a German manufacturer specialized in application based grinding wheels catering to high precision, niche and critical grinding applications also added was a dealer ship namely MUKTI ABRASIVES again catering to small grinding wheel I segment up 500 mm in diameter and 100 mm in thickness. The year 2014 saw an addition of LMT TOOLS INDIA PVT. LTD. a MNC group of six companies namely FETTE, BILZ, BOHLERIT, ONSRUD, KENINGER and BELIN each a leader in its own right, catering to metal working tool technology.

In the year 2015 one more dealership was added in our portfolio of products SAK Abrasives Pvt. Ltd. again a leader in grinding wheels in the country manufacturing a wide variety of grinding wheels. In the year 2016 we became channel partners for Ilyich Abrasives a Russian manufacturer of CBN & Diamond wheels and CHEIL Grinding Wheel Company a Korean manufacturer of Conventional and super abrasives to augment our grinding portfolio and to cater to high precision and critical grinding processes. We also have added a Chinese manufacturer of Carbide tools and Wearparts to our portfolio namely Marie Jay's Carbide to augment and strengthen our scope area in Carbide wearparts and tooling. The proprietor Mr. Mahesh Bhosale, qualified as a Mechanical Engineering graduate in 1987 from Karnatak University, after completing his education he joined M/s. Jambo Enginnering Pvt. Ltd. Goregaon (E), manufacturer of Cold Forged bolts from 6mm to 16mm diameter as Production engineer, after 9 months he was transferred and given the complete charge of their sister concern M/s. Stead Fast Bolts and Nuts Pvt. Ltd. Waghodia. Baroda., manufacturing all types of screws and bolts up to 8mm diameter. Subsequently in the year 1990 he quit and joined M/s. Chase Bright Steel Limited. Thane., Asia's largest manufacturer of steel bright bars as Senior Engineer — Bright Bar division and continued up to 1994, there after quitting and starting his own business venture namely M/s. Neesha Enterprises. Neesha Enterprises is a known name in Abrasive grinding field and Cutting tools offering quality products for steel and allied industry, with a base of personally working in steel industry and forging industry we consider ourselves to be in a better position along with the engineering team of our parent companies to offer the correct machining and grinding solution for a given application.
